Serious Steel Fitness 20″ Deadlift Bands come in six (6) different resistance levels for any type of user and activity. These bands are primarily designed and used for deadlifts. These bands are NOT to be used as pull up bands.

Best uses: deadlifts, shrugs and rack pulls.

Use with or without a barbell.

These bands can stretch up to 2.5 times it’s original length! These bands are made using a continuous 15-layer strip of rubber latex!

The short bands do have the same weight range as our 41″ bands, but the resistance increases at a 4/1 ratio.

  • YOU ARE CURRENTLY VIEWING OUR #5 (BLACK) BAND. This band measures 2 1/2″ wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41″ in length. It offers resistance from 60-150 lbs. The #5 band is one of our strongest bands and most commonly used to obtain maximum resistance with squat, deadlifts, leg presses and shrugs.
  • PULL-UPS: Serious Steel Bands are a perfect tool to help you with your pull ups, dips or muscle-ups. Take a quick look at the Pull-Up Guide image to your left to get an idea of the best band for you. Choose a band based on your bodyweight and the current number of unassisted repetitions you can complete. One important thing to remember about using bands for pull-up assistance is that you can secure the band under your feet or under your knee for different levels of assistance.

Try the #2 & #3 instead of the #5 or try the #3 & #1 instead of the #4 band. Combining multiple sizes gives you more levels of tension because you can use them individually or you can use them at the same time.

  • Bands #0 (Orange), #1 (Purple) & #2 (Red) are best for general conditioning, rehabilitation, stretching, jumping, speed training, aerobics, and assistance for the upper body to increase the resistance for bicep and triceps. Any is great for beginners and light weightlifters. All can be used to safely increase the intensity of a workout without adding additional weights to a bar.
