Serious Steel Fitness 20″ Deadlift Bands come in six (6) different resistance levels for any type of user and activity. These bands are primarily designed and used for deadlifts. These bands are NOT to be used as pull up bands.

Best uses: deadlifts, shrugs and rack pulls.

Use with or without a barbell.

These bands can stretch up to 2.5 times it’s original length! These bands are made using a continuous 15-layer strip of rubber latex!

The short bands do have the same weight range as our 41″ bands, but the resistance increases at a 4/1 ratio.

#1 (Purple) Band 1/2″ x 4.5 mm (5-35 lbs.)
#2 (Red) Band 13/16″ x 4.5 mm (10-50 lbs.)

#4 (Green) Band 1.75″ x 4.5 mm (50-120 lbs.)
#5 (Black) Band 2.5″ x 4.5 mm (60-150 lbs.)
