This recyclable and decomposable 6mm (0.25-inch) thick mat is perfect for protecting your spine on hard surfaces while you enjoy your Pilates, Yoga or mat work routine. 61cm (24-inch) wide and 173cm (68-inch) long, this mat is reversible and also includes a carry strap so it can accompany you wherever you choose to enjoy your workout. This mat is made from TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) foam, helping you do something good for yourself and the environment. CARE AND CLEANING: Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight, Do not store anything on top of the mat as it may cause permanent indentations, Do not apply adhesive tape to the surface, Keep away from direct heat, Never use corrosive cleaning products on mat, Be sure mat is dry before rolling up for storage, If necessary, clean using one of the methods below. MEHOD 1: Fill a spray bottle with water and add 20-30 drops of tea tree oil. Spray the mat and wipe with a clean cloth. Let it air dry unrolled. METHOD 2: Wipe the mat with cloth dipped in soap suds or laundry powder solution. Rinse with water and wipe dry with towel or cloth.

The Split Floor Mat features dense foam padding which provides an optimal surface for performing Matwork exercises. It provides a supportive surface that offers faithful proprioceptive feedback. Use alone for matwork exercises or with the Spring Wall or Cadillac Wall Unit and add resistance with springs or tubing. It is upholstered in easy-to-clean, durable black vinyl. A footstrap is included.
