Roos Wraps Exercise With Your Baby/Enhance Baby’s Development/Mom & Baby Yoga

*How to properly put your Roos Wrap on*
BEGIN BY SITTING ON GROUND
*Slide both legs through the tube on the wrap. Make sure the wrap is around your calf muscles with pouch at the bottom by your heels
*Pull pouch through the ankles so now the pouch rests over your feet
*Keeping feet on the ground, place baby on their tummy with head towards your knees.
*Keep one hand on baby and grab the pouch with the other hand.
*Secure the pouch around the baby’s back
*Use straps to wrap around your calves back around to baby’s back and tie in a bow
*Before exercising please make sure the baby is holding up their head and the wrap isn’t too lose where baby would fall out and is too tight where baby would suffocate.
